As time going by, there are amazing quantity of thermal imaging camera on site for body temperature screening in diferent countries.
Pls refer to the below info, if you have any confusion during the daily operation.
1. What should we do before deploying body temeprature screening system on site?
---- After well connection, check the temperature displayed, if it is not proper or without temperature, pls
configure(Up/Down) the value of Temperature Control Valve until the temperature displayed is proper.
2. How to connect the camera with PC computer directly?
---- The default IP of cmaera is 192.168.1.88, pls change the IP of PC into the same network segment but different from that of camera(fixed IP but not DHCP)
Then, connect camera with PC with ethernet cable and make sure the DHCP of TTM-S software is disabled
3. Why is there no face captured & temperature displayed in TTM-S software once connected with laptop directly but video there is.
---- Kindly check below points one by one
a. Pls check the network card of your laptop, pls make sure only one network is workable.
b. Run the PC software as administrator if you use old PC software (issued ahead of Nov. 2020)
c. Pls turn off the firewall & antivirus software if you use old PC software (issued ahead of Nov. 2020)
d. Pls try to configure the Temperature Control Valve Up/Down to check temperature display
e. Check the availability of laptop port 50001
4. Why suddenly is there no tempreature displayed in pc software? It did work fine one day ago.
---- Did the ambinent temperature change largely?
Pls configure lower value(if it is colder, otherwise set a higher value) of the Temperature Control Valve in the TTM-S software until the temperature is correct
5. Should I upgrade the system regularly?
---- If the body temeprature screening system works well at your end, there is no need to upgrade the camera, just keep it as it is.

6. How could I download the latest version of TTM-S software for thermal imaging camera?
---- The software will be updated in below link, pls download it if it is needed

7. Is there any way to protect the personel info? Because the faces are captured once walk into the thermal imaging screening system.
---- Yes, there is the function to disclose the captured faces in our latest TTM-S (not available for the software version ahead of November,2020)
8. Is it easy to install the TTMS software on PC?
---- Yes, just dowload and install like other software, no need extra operations.
9. Why there is lag during using?
---- a. Pls check the configuration of PC, whether it reach the Minimum (it is mentioned in user instuction)
b. Pls check the network, if possible pls change the ethernet cable to test it
10. Where does the soud alarm come from?
---- a. Camera: if you have connected a speaker with the audio outlet of camera
---- b. Latop
---- c. Desk PC: if you have connected a speaker with PC
11. Why there is no soud alarm when high temperature is detected
---- a. Pls check whether the "High Temperature Alarm" & "Buzzer" in PC software are enabled
---- b. Pls check the Volume of Laptop
---- c. If you use the desk PC, pls connect a speaker with camera or PC
12. Why there is no soud alarm when No Mask is detected
---- a. Pls check whether the "Mask Alarm" & "Buzzer" in PC software are enabled

13. How long I could get the camera after ordering?
